Dynamic Meditation

I first encountered Dynamic Meditation during the Yoga Teacher Training Course in Nepal. As a class, we were taken on an inward journey that helped us discover that breath, music and dance are some of the many gateways that can transport us within and beyond ourselves. This is precisely why it was so captivating, it provided a safe space to journey within ourselves.

Personally, the intentional breathing, laughing therapy, music and dance helped me access and heal from deep-set trauma, pain and depression, bringing with it a sense of clarity and lightness. It was then that the spark was ignited along with my passion and commitment to help others reach this state of utter bliss. ​
