Sama gave very clear instructions throughout the entire session which developed incrementally from breathing practice to vocal expression then to body movements with the music (if I remembered correctly). She created a kind, loving and safe space where I found easy to trust and follow her into this inner liberating journey. I felt much lighter at the end of the session and happier that I was able to feel myself and be so free to connect with my real emotions through dancing. Dymanic meditation was the new thing for me, I wouldn’t have thought that we could meditate during moving body. For normal meditation, some people might told you to stay in the same position and focus on one point but for dynamic I found my focus point flowing around the body from top to toes , left to right and I still in the consciousness state with full of awareness . To be honest , It was no joy, no sadness or any emotion for me, just right being in the present while I was moving with my focus point.
As a seasoned solo yoga practitioner, following instructional videos and apps, I was curious about attending an in-person class, especially one that offered something new to me, Dynamic Meditation. So, after attending a few sessions with Sama, I thought I’d share my honest opinion.
Sama was very mindful when guiding and showing us how to achieve each pose to get the most out of them while avoiding injury. She also instructed us to go at our own pace and showed us the variations to apply to our own level or preference or to make it as easy or as challenging as we want.
As for the dynamic meditation and sound healing, Sama used music and sounds such as a flute, rain stick and Tibetan singing bowls and went on to explain how each bowl’s unique vibrational tone relates to a different chakra and a different part of the body. She used these methods to create a positive atmosphere, a safe space, a state of calmness where one could “Just be in this moment“, liberate yourself, relax and free your mind from all that weighs us down.
It’s a workout for the mind, body and soul. All in all, a very good experience. So if ur stressed, tired of the same old gym routine or just wanna try something new, I highly recommend u try this.

The Yoga was great
Honestly, I’m shocked and extremely happy that I experienced the last part of our session!
I would say it’s too human; I was fighting my demons in the first two breathing exercises!
Suddenly and I don’t how!! I found myself dancing through mixed feelings (anger/happiness/anger then peaceeee)
Once I reached the peace stage !!! Here came the magic out of nowhere!!!
One of the most peaceful moments of my life!
Energy flowed to my body, and I found peace, gratitude and calmness !!
I wouldn’t say it dismissed the mental chatter but it turned it into peaceful, calm and very positive chatter.
Samaa if I may, it’s clear that your personal experience has turned you into a clean and positive soul and gave you the ability to help people.

From meeting Sama the first time, I picked up on her positive energy and her passion for wanting to help others. I enjoyed getting to know her more over the time we spent together.
Her classes are a combination of Yoga and Dynamic Meditation.
Sama creates a welcoming environment and safe space for us to feel all of our emotions without judgement. It is impressive how she can take someone who had a busy and stressful day and bring them to a deep state of relaxation through movement. In the last 10 or 15 minutes, she sends us on an inward journey through her sound bath. Her classes have helped me sleep better and find calm within myself.
